Caution

in water completely.

2. The filter must be fully soaked for 5-10 minutes before you turn on it; Otherwise, the water

may not diffuse through the filter and cause overflow.

3. Please clean the product before using.

4. Please clean the fountain and the pump every week.

5. Replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks or when the flow of water decreases.

6. lf you have multiple pets at home, the water tray and water tank may be sticky because

of their saliva. Please replace the cleaning water and clean the inner components regularly.

Replacing the filter in time is better to prevent such cases from happening.

7. Do not put the plastic parts of this product in the dishwasher for cleaning.

8. Be careful not to let the soap get into the filter as the soap will not be rinsed out.
